Microsoft has now created a Cloud solution that integrates everything in your usual Office package with web-based facilities that give you much more flexibility.
Office 365 gives you the ability to sync and share your email, calendar, contacts and documents. This means no more endless emails to and fro trying to work out when everyone is available, you can see everyone’s calendars online and book the meeting in immediately.
Better still, if you don’t want to spend hours travelling Office 365 allows you to have online meetings where you can share desktops, files and presentations as well as audio and video links. What a difference that will make to your productivity.
When several people are working on one or more documents, with SharePoint as part of the system, a single version exists – not four differing versions! This makes the editing process much simpler.
