Overview

This course is designed to provide a firm foundation in backup and recovery tasks using Recovery Manager to set-up, maintain and troubleshoot backup and recovery schemes.  Delegates will develop a good understanding of how to manage and administer Oracle data through use of various tools to ensure optimal database availability including RMAN and Enterprise Manager and Flashback features to recover from human error.

Attendance of the Oracle 11g DBA Part 1 course and Oracle SQL knowledge.
