Overview
InfoPath 2007 is an information-gathering program which enables you to create and deploy electronic forms solutions to gather information. You can also use the InfoPath Forms Services capabilities in SharePoint Server 2007 to deliver forms as Microsoft Office Outlook e-mail messages, Web browser forms, or forms for mobile devices. This course will provide the student with the skills and knowledge needed to design forms using Microsoft Office InfoPath. The course includes modifying an existing sample form; starting with a new form; laying out a form; adding basic controls and lists; formatting forms; and using views.
Audience
Web designers, Office VBA developers or Lotus Notes developers who need to gather and share XML-based form information.
Course Objectives
At the end of this course, delegates will be able to create and distribute forms that enable you to manage data.
Prerequisites
Delegates should have advanced Microsoft Office experience in developing forms and experience working in a tagged environment e.g. HTML.
