Overview

This course is designed for existing Project users who need to utilise some of the advanced features to manage projects successfully.  It will provide delegates with a clear understanding of Project's advanced features and show the practical skills needed to schedule multiple projects, share resources between projects and monitor and report on project progress.

Existing Project users who wish to learn more advanced features of the product to manage multiple projects.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Create multiple project plans and manage shared resources
• Link tasks across projects
• Customise fields, tables, views, filters and reports
• Transfer information between Project and other applications
• Resolve resource allocation problems across multiple projects
• Create macros to automate Project

Prerequisites

Delegates should have attended the Project Intermediate course or have equivalent knowledge of managing single projects.
