Enliten IT mainly delivers on-site training at customer locations. We provide a flexible service, to suit most business requirements, which also includes evening and week-end training options.
Customised Courses
Modular content development gives us great flexibility in customising courseware to fit your company’s unique needs, based on the applications you use, the way you do business and the knowledge level of your employees.
On-Site Training
Training delivered at the customer location is an extremely cost-effective way of meeting a training need. It can dramatically cut down on time spent away from the office and on money spent in travelling and overnight expenses. It can also allow a higher proportion of staff to attend a training session, whilst minimising risk to the business by keeping key individuals in close proximity in case of a technical emergency.
Mobile Classroom
We have a mobile classroom (8 laptops) and can therefore provide training anywhere within the UK or Europe. The kit will be pre-configured to whatever your training requirements are. Even if you are in a remote area we can now provide a training solution to fit around your working environment.
Weekend or Evening Courses
Enliten IT recognises that some companies are unable to release staff for training between Monday and Friday, especially if they are billable. We can provide weekend training programmes where courses are both compressed and modulated to span a number of weekends or evenings. Typically a standard five day technical Microsoft course can be compressed into four days of intensive delivery, perhaps spanning two consecutive weekends. Similarly, evening training can be provided to fit around your working day.
Floor-Walking
Floor-walking sessions are very popular amongst clients, and end-users especially following a rollout or migration to new technologies. Trainers literally ‘walk the floor’ in the workplace circulating amongst those individuals that have recently been trained to iron out problems of applying theory to practice.
Ask the Expert Sessions
More targeted than floor-walking. Time can be wasted on 1 day training sessions when they are not targeted correctly. It is far more efficient to "ask the expert" how to do specific tasks at your desktop, thereby producing immediate knowledge transfer which gets the user working efficiently straight away.
Post Training Support
For a period of 1 month following the completion of any course, we will provide every delegate with free post-course support on any material covered on the course. This support is via email only with a response time of 24 hours.
