What is InDesign?
Adobe InDesign is desktop publishing software that enables you to manage page layouts for the creation of posters, leaflets, flyers, brochures, newspapers, magazines, books and ebooks. It enables multi-page documents to be created with ease ready for print and digital publishing. You can even include interactivity, animation, video, and sound to fully engage readers.

InDesign is built to take the elements of Photoshop and Illustrator and bring them all together into a finished article. Designers will more often than not use all three programs together.
