What is Adobe Fireworks?

Fireworks is primarily design software for web site graphics enabling bitmap and vector graphics editing.  Fireworks optimisation features shrink file size without sacrificing quality resulting in fast loading Web sites. You can also add interactivity to web graphics to create image maps, JavaScript rollover buttons, animated banner ads etc.
