What is Acrobat?
Adobe Acrobat is designed to create, manipulate and manage files in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). It was originally designed to make the distribution of files easier across different operating systems. You can easily convert a document, no matter what software it was created in, and distribute to anyone to read as the PDF format is universal.
You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print PDF files, if you do not have the full package.
