Our Project Management Basic’s training course is aimed at those with no previous experience of running a project and concentrates on “soft skills” required to manage a project and involves group work/discussions using simulated situations.

The 1-day Project Introduction course concentrates on tasks, Gantt charts and resources, whilst the Intermediate Project course deals with project tracking, baselines and resource pools. For experienced users our Advanced Project course shows you how to use the product for multiple projects, PERT analysis, Earned Value Analysis and how to create templates.

All our Microsoft Project 2003 training courses can be run on-site (at your offices) or at our training centres in Harlow, Cambridge, Sunderland or Bicester.

What is Project?
Microsoft Project allows you to plan, organise and manage resources (people, equipment, materials) to bring about the successful completion of a project e.g. building a house, widening a road etc. Goals and objectives can be met while honouring project constraints such as scope, time and budget.
Project managers use it to develop plans, assign resources to tasks, track progress, manage budgets and analyse workloads.
